The Morse Law Group

Jonathan S. Morse founded The Morse Law Group in January 2006 after practicing as an attorney for 28 years in California and Washington. He has handled cases pending in 19 different states, supervised cases pending in Australia and Canada, and in conjunction with French counsel has handled the defense of two cases in France. Before becoming an attorney Mr. Morse worked as a Flight Test Engineer and an Air Taxi pilot. He lives in Westlake Village, California with his wife, Liane, and their two younger children.

The Morse Law Group have many years of experience resolving legal problems for clients in the United States and in other countries.  Our attorneys have represented clients in aviation law, business law, insurance litigation and international law.
Our strategy is to be proactive, setting the pace and agenda of a lawsuit rather than waiting for the opponent to do so. It is our philosophy that cases are best resolved by moving the case forward toward a resolution rather than waiting for our opponents to do so.  Whenever possible we look for ways to find common ground to resolve disputes promptly without protracted litigation.
